		<description>I agree, but this is often the point that is extremely difficult to get across to developers who have no experience or understanding of dynamic languages.  Using dynamic languages such as Ruby really is a different paradigm of thought and many of the assumptions, restrictions, and design approaches one takes when using a language like Java is completely different when using Ruby.</description>
